Quality Assurance goes far beyond our QC Department. By inspecting not only all incoming materials and components but all product through ever step involved in the manufacturing process we insure that every job meets and exceeds the highest quality standards. Recording inspection results at the work center enables us to identify and solve any potential problems before they effect the final product or assembly. We enforce a strict vendor scoring system to insure our products maintain all quality standards even when they are not within our facility.

Malone’s implements vigorous internal and external training of all staff to ensure they have the skill and knowledge to produce the highest quality parts possible. By implementing frequent internal Training Effectiveness Audits we can ensure that our training methods are efficient and effective.
